Regenerativo Tinto is a red wine made from the grape varieties Syrah and Caladoc. These varieties are taken care of with passion by Família Nicolau using regenerative organic viticulture practices. Those practices not only improve the ecosystem but also result in a wine that genuinely expresses its terroir. The grapes were partially hand-harvested in 18 kg cases and partially harvested by machine. We incorporated 20% of whole bunches in the stainless steel barrels to ferment.

This wine shows its youth with its vivid red colour and attractive violet reflections. Young with good intensity and aromas of freshly harvested red fruits combined with a vegetable touch gives him a great aromatic freshness. A dry wine with fresh acidity and light texture highlighting the red fruits. Has a good aftertaste that, although not very long, has all its components in perfect balance.

Ideal for lighter dishes such as pizza, pasta and barbecues.
